How do I set Parental controls over a wireless internet?

I have two kids with their own computers in their rooms set up on a wireless internet connection. I want to control the web content that they are viewing from my wireless laptop. I am running vista and they are running xp home. Can someone please tell me how to do this or where to find the instructions on how to do this. the two answers would be good only for one problem, each have their own computers. which is hard to watch over a wireless network on your laptop. vista and xp don't mix very well.. for a start..
