Control of the internet?

Should the government act to control the net or should it be uncensored?Control of the internet?
Basically, the Internet is not censored. Certain governments do block certain traffic or sites. On top of that, every country has some laws about what you can do with the internet, mostly to prevent illegal activities. (depends on which country of course).


What all governments should do, is have everyone who wants to use the internet, pass an exam equivalent to a drivers test (or something), to prove you understand the risks of viruses, phishing, spoofing, etc. so you don't get suckered into anything. Just think, if everyone on the internet knew all about viruses, how to prevent them, etc., there would be a lot less of the spam/hacking/etc. going on - the net would be safer!


The internet is full of this junk because there are un-educated victims to be had...Control of the internet?
Uncensored!!!! The govt can't keep from leaking money out its @$$ why would you want it to control the internet?
