Depends.
As far as I know, there are 3 different ways to install parental controls on a computer.
1) From the computer's administrator's control panel. If you are the admin of the computer, simply go to Control Panel -%26gt; Account Settings and disable your account's parental control. If your not, your fked because you'll probably need to log in using your parents account which could be a bad idea and you might need their password if they have any.
2) From an antivirus. You simply need the password of the antivirus to disable it.
3) From your internet provider. You'll need your internet's username and password, which should be given to you by your internet provider. If you don't have it, your fked. The only thing you could try is connecting your computer to a neighbor's wireless or wifi connection or connecting your computer to your cellphone's internet connection if you have any.
