Is there a SECURE way to control someone else's computer over the Internet for technical support?

I'm hoping that there is some freeware that will do this. The operating systems I will be connecting between are Win XP Pro and Vista.Is there a SECURE way to control someone else's computer over the Internet for technical support?

It cannot be done. The only way to operate another computer in Remote is to be using an equal and like program.
Sure. Remote desktop protocol (RDP) tunneled through an SSH connection. Do a Google on ';windows rdp over ssh'; and you should get a number of helpful sites.
