Where can I find History folder and Temoporary internet files folder not thorugh control panel?

Look up...click TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS. You can empty your history files through here. Open MY COMPUTER on your desk top then right click and use the tools to clean up uneeded temporary files. temp files are in tools/internet options. History is accessible through the icon beside favorites
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings
click on the clock looking thing... (in the top tool bar)
right clcik on internet explorer ..

right click on start, click on explore, find local settings. Under that you will find history and temp files
