Not sure you even touched on that notion. Of course, the government has my permission to enforce any law that controls information, just as long as that information is not legal. That would included criminal, terrorist or hate information on line. Other than that, our society (USA) will tolerate and allow a lot of on line garbage... That's the way it is in our capitalistic and imperialistic mentality. To sum it up, our government controls enough.
