Internet controls and time limits, how can i do this, on XP and vista?

I would like to put a time limit on how much internet can be used in one day.


Or for the internet to turn off but only on one computer on my network at a specified time.

You can use this little application that will let you put a timer on when to reboot, shutdown, or disconnect from the internet.
