Get the latest version of msn messenger, get your friend to get it also.


Start a conversation by typing a message to your friend.


Tell them to click Actions at the top of the message window


tell them to click request remote assistance,


you accept the request,


when the Windows Remote Assistance program starts in the top left of the window you will see a take control button click it,


your friend will get the request and when they click accept your good to go.
Green Dog Monkey is right--you HAVE to have the permission of the other person to access their computer! You might also want to check your local and state laws for what is considered ';permission granted'; in those cases. Just in case....
That is like hacking a computer MaN, DO YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL. UNLESS YOU HAVE PERMISSION!!
