You should be able to set parental controls
U can always create an account with Google and they will deliver subjective results based on what you have searched for in the past. You can also use some FireFox filters to block porn sites and the likes. If it is a site you want to get on the results, learn about SEO (searchy engine optimization)...
BUT
on the whole, nobody can control the internet..not even Al Gore who claims to have invented it...and I hope it stays that way!
