What is the ';physhing'; control button for in my ';internet options?';?

Would it have anything to do with my computer turning off on me?Their is a yellow triangle and a black exclamation mark by in under internet options. How do I fix this?What is the ';physhing'; control button for in my ';internet options?';?
The phishing protects you from malicious websites trying to steal your personal data. If you are going to a bad webpage it will not allow you to get there. At the bottom is the security indicator and the yellow triangle if you click on it will bring you to a window that shows what has been blocked.
